Initial Stage

From the initial stage of Link Mastics Ltd receiving a tender enquiry, one of our dedicated surveyors or estimators will provide a completely free and no obligation quote, with a full breakdown of items per a requested scope of works.

Agreement

Upon agreeing a figure, our managing director or dedicated estimator/surveyor will attend the proposed site to meet with the site manager and quantity surveyor for a pre-order meeting. This will be to discuss any issues, building programme, health and safety information that will be involved with the works. All issues will be spoke about before a formal order is placed to carry out the works.

Order

Once an order is placed we will provide all the information required to start works such as; CHAS & SMAS Certification, Site specific Risk & Method Statement, Product Data, COSHH Assessment sheets, Company information, Operative specific CSCS cards, SSSTS certificates and Health & Safety Awareness certificates

Updates

Regular updates with all operatives on Tool Box Talks and handouts will constantly provide our clients with the highest quality of workmanship alongside, a safe working environment and excellent aftercare service.

We also have dedicated office staff that are always on hand via email or phone to take any orders or queries you may have.
